Terms and Conditions
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, it may take 1-5 business days for the funds to be processed.
A $8 handling fee will be deducted from your refund unless the item is deemed faulty.
For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be exchanged or returned.
Jewellery is excluded from our return policy and is not eligible for returns.
Returns for Australian orders are accepted within 7 days of receipt. Items received beyond this timeframe will not be accepted.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable and may be deducted from your refund. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If you request an exchange, a $10 re-shipping fee will apply.
While we strive to accommodate all exchange requests, due to our limited stock, we cannot guarantee availability.
All items must be returned in their original condition with tags attached. Items that have been worn, washed, damaged, or altered cannot be returned and must be free from stains and scents. Items failing to meet these conditions will be returned to you at an additional cost.

Promotional Items
If returning a purchase that included a promotional item, the promotional item must also be returned in its original condition.
Refund eligibility depends on the return of both the purchased item(s) and the promotional gift.

Faulty or Damaged Items
Every order undergoes a strict quality inspection before dispatch. However, if you receive a faulty or defective product, please contact us at team@atdu.info within 7 days of receiving your order. We will prioritise your request.
In your email, please include:
Your order number
A clear photograph of the damage
A brief description of the fault (Items are classified as faulty if they arrive damaged. If an item is confirmed to be faulty, you may choose between a replacement (sent free of charge) or a full refund).
